What to do while you are waiting on snow...

Winter has been slacking this year, not much snow.  I am still holding out for the HUGE blizzard that I expect (HOPE!) to come .  In the mean time, life learning and fun going on, sharing in pictures this time :) So, what to do while waiting on the snow?
knit!  I knitted a RAINBOW CAP and a wrap and a scarf...

Needlefelt.  My oldest son needle felted a mushroom and a peace sign on Willow's longies, made from upcycling a wool sweater, felting it down and using it as a diaper cover/pants.

Today we planted carrots and onions. Spring just might make an appearance without the snow.  Root veggies are calling for us to get into the ground.  I complied.  Against my will.  Still holding out for some snow :) Very hopeful.
