Avacodo Ice Cream

so here is the recipe-believe me, it sounds strange but is soooooo yummy:

1 cup frozen banana slices
1 medium avocado ripe, diced
1/2 to 1 cup of organic yogurt...

chop bananas into small pieces in a food processor (I used a blender because I don't have a fancy food processor-hee hee)

add avocado. add yogurt (reverse if using the blender: yogurt, avocado, bananas)

Puree until creamy.

Serve immediately, or freeze in individual size containers for later.

NO JOKE-it's yummy!

Also, another cool thing to do is put it into ice trays with a stick and serve it frozen as Popsicles! (no sugar added)

The way to freeze bananas is to slice them and lay them flat onto a plate and freeze a few hours. Then put them into a baggie for later smoothies and juices.
